Apologies to everyone who regularly submits for the downtime.
The good news is the new script is installed and you should be seeing more traffic to any freesites that are listed from now on.
All of your old sites have been left up via the old script, it was going to take far too long to get them to the right format to export/import.
If you have sites from last week, go ahead and submit them all to catch up. There will be no daily limit on submissions for a couple of days
