You fucking asshole’s , you’re an online service that can't render service over the net? So yes I call and guess fucking what? I'm put on hold for over 20 minutes just to find out you can't access my account info, that I need to give you my bank info and billing date, your fucking automated answer system was better informed! Is it just an office full of underpaid morons outsourced from some free clinic line ?
You owe me $199.00 that you have in a soft charge, and you have the balls to charge me $5.99 for the service? Fuck You! Your nothing but a bunch of thieves.
