Anybody from ccBill who can help me...
Just wondering if there is anybody from ccBill around that can help me with a missing check situation. I have a check that I have not received from you in about 3 months. I have gotten ever other one before and after. I have called twice to find out if it had cleared your bank, so I can determine if it was stolen from my mailbox or whether it is just ineptness on the post office, so I can determine whether a stop payment needs to be placed and the check reissued. I don't exactly want to have to pay a $20 stop payment fee if I don't have to, but I think after 3 months it probably isn't going to show up.
Anyways... the first time I was told that they would check with the accounting department and forward me the info. The second time I was told the accounting department would contact me directly. I have not heard back on either!
