Hi ppls. Bloody hot here! I wouldnt mind some snow. This week I have got well enough to exercise again YAY! I walked 3km and had a 300m swim. Fat butt goes bye byes lol. I plan on walking 4km one morning and the walk and swim the other. That way my dog gets some exercise too.
