Reminds me of a 'newspaper' here in the UK, The Sport (and it's slightly racier sister Sunday Sport) where sensationalist headlines proclaim QUEEN NUDE PIC SHOCK or some such similar, where the women have plenty of clothes on but a nipple flash etc.
It should be:
(Insert name here) ABSOLUTELY NUDE underneath her clothes
