partially or completely undressed with the nipples and/or pubic area visible in the photograph. we do not expect, nor ask, that the model's genitals be exposed in our photographs.

So in my opinion description "Nude women posing" mean that women must be completely undressed. The description "Nude women posing in pantyhose" will be also correct.
