Yahook, it isn't a language question. So far this week your rules have come out "1000 backlinks" and "put me on a PR3 page if you are going to not put my link in the right place". You are attempting to tip the benefit side of owning a link list all to yourself, and not to the people submitting to you.
Do what you like... but things just keep looking worse and worse for you.
