What a wasted Monday. I started getting a migraine around 2pm yesterday and took some aspirins since I ran out of the migraine meds last week, it got so bad I gave up and laid down at 4:30pm when I then took a PM which still did nothing.

So now it’s time for MNF and I tried to lay on the couch to watch the game and that lasted all of 5 minutes and I went to bed, turned the tv in the bedroom on and the next thing I know it’s 1AM, not having a clue who won the game or what happen until I looked online.
My head still was icky feeling at 1AM, but the worse was over. Only took 11-12 hours of pure hell to get rid of it, so I went back to bed and just now woke up sore as fuck, I can’t even remember the last time I laid down for that damn long.
Today we have to mail off xmas gifts and hopefully get a shoot for the holidays in, but I am not holding my breath since I have to make up for yesterday on getting crap down.
Anyway, at least it’s not a Monday anymore….

I so feel for you. I get the exact same type of migraines! Actually throwing up makes me feel better afterwards. Sends me into my post-migraine zombie state. Do you know what triggers your migraines? I think my triggers are not things I can control, stuff like weather and sunshine, but some people seem to be able to avoid certain foods and keep the number of migraines lower.
