1 - The name & address of your business isn't exactly secret or private info.
2 & 4 - Both questions are pretty much the same for mainstream companies.
3 - When you say "free directory sites" do you mean Free Sites that you see on various Link Lists? If so, they make sales & they make money - if they didn't, no one would make them.
