, I even thought about how to phrase the term multi-submitter in my first post, but that's what people normally call it when the submitter uses multiple identities so I just stuck with that.

I know you are right,
but regardless of how it seems I'm too nice a guy at heart. I have a hard time banning anyone unless I know they are earnestly trying to cheat me. I broke a rule on my second free-site I ever created and had I gotten banned for that instead of learning from my mistake I would not be here today.
I guess being as 90% of my submitters seem to come from Greenguy and Jim I was hoping the submitter would see this thread and figure out that he could easily be found out, even by an idiot like me and change his ways before someone else posts his IP and URLs on the cheating forum and he gets banned from a gang of sites.
