Off premises clubs were alway legal. You could meet someone at a club but you could not have sex there. Now you can go to a club, paid an admission fee and have sex at the club. The participants cannot, however, be "professionals" just your ordinary swingers.

The real big change to this is that the Supreme Court In its 7-2 decision, redefined indecency to use harm, rather than community standards, as the key yardstick. That certainly could open a proverbial "kettle of fish".
