nop i dont think its specially for the europe webmasters, i am dutch and i know more webmasters from norway, spain, germany, switzerland ( well i think you write it as switzerland but is probably the dutch way
) etc etc, all the webmasters from europe i know are getting their sites listed at most people who have linksites on this board.
