For years since i've been involved with the adult cam industry, the main gripe for all the solo camgirls (ones out of their house) is that the "studios are taking over".. "how can we compete with the Romanians and the Russians" and my answer was always "work smarter".
Now it turns out that not only are the 'studios' a mainstay in the cam industry but they have migrated to real life. Seems 45% of the escorts here in vegas belong to an agency that is run by a company out of Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, bastion of the Russian mob. It has diminished the pool here, the girls that could once command 1500/2k per hour are now having to resort to either leaving Las Vegas for green pastures in places that don't have 100/hr girls or they have significantly lowered their rates.
I realize this has little to do with the article but just a little nuggat of knowledge.
BTW: with in the confines of Clark County that includes Las Vegas, prostitution is illegal and they love to bust both the girls and the johns here..so if you are coming to vegas and go trolling for 'girls' look for ones with accents or exotics..chances are they aren't LVPD.
