This isn't totally unheard of, although it sucks. iBill (eek!) pulled that one on us when we switched billing companies a couple of years ago (in my old "primary producer" paysite days). We were told in no uncertain terms that our rebills for sales through iBill would be forfeited if we were no longer sending them new sales. One of the many companies that iBill's ownership was passing through did finally release that money around 18 months later, so all's well that ends well, I suppose. But that's one of several reasons I shed few tears for iBill's near-demise. Karma catches up.
