Hey Surfn,
I actually tried searching before posting but to no avail. Maybe I need to hone my board searching skills, but after spending a few minutes trying it became increasingly clear that it would be much faster to make a new thread.
Based on the mix of replies so far I think it's pretty safe to say that leave links are useless, as if you send it to a non-adult sponsor with an affiliate code then it would be a blind link and if you send it to a non-adult sponsor with no affiliate code then it is a waste of traffic.
