One last post, couldn't pass this one up

And the legal definition of "annoy" is what?
Does one have to have the "intent" to annoy?
Can you annoy retroactively?
Must the one annoyed have witnesses that he indeed was annoyed?
Is there a statute of limitations of annoyance?
Is the fact that you don't know who flamed you enough to meet the threshold of "annoyance" even if you were humored by the flame?

Oh my goodness!
