I've used both e-mail and the help desk.
I've been promoting SilverCash for about 5 years and have never had a problem or reason to contact them until now. My stats are showing "0" across the board (all programs/clicks/sales). They've also taken away 99% of my rewards points for some reason. AND, when I looked at my account details, they had all my old info (payee name, address, phone number, etc.) from when I first signed up with them. What's up SilverCash?! |confused|
