we provide them for our affiliates but I will be the first to say that it is much better to do custom site related promotional material than an iframe... especially for dating or webcams, which are the most common iframe sponsors... the reasons for this are:
a) basic pages with clear text and great content do much better than an iframe linking to a profile or chat with a girl who doesn't want to talk to free members
b) you can't really choose the pictures that show up on iframes, or the pages they link to.. there are just a lot better pages to link to than the main 'tour' of a site, and plus its much better to use really hot content that you know your surfers will like instead of just some random pics
