there will be always someone who do really bad at the moment, some people will do average and the rest are getting great sales

of course bad sales are not motivating you to work.. but you should try to work even more.. it will pay of later
maybe you should try something different ? i mean try some other sites, try to find some other sources of traffic, try to change your se techniques
