I'm seeking script, host, or service that can let me creat a section that will let me create a
pic post like a project voyer type page.
Where my users can post and rate photos .
here is an example of what i seek.
http://www.projectvoyeur.com/user/category/subs.php

And a feature that lets users view all pics rated by the poster would be nice .
Can anyone help me out ?
