OMG it's 48F outside.
Guess I should bring Carlos in before I end up with frozen parrot.
Just finished eating the very first vegetable rolls that I've ever made. Ended up having to put two layers of nori around the roll and put too much rice in it but besides being a bit unwieldy to hold with the chop sticks, since the roll was too large, it tasted surprisingly delicious.
Off to go bring Carols in…
