The only city in the USA to have never had frost -- Key West, FL.
Also, their post office is built with a slanted roof -- identical to those in the northern climates to prevent snow accumulation. (actually was a USPS requirement for all construction in that time period)
No snow or frost here, but, the heater has been working overtime.

And down here, there are no heat pumps -- its all resistive heat. What you people with heat pumps call 'Emergency Heat'. FPL shareholders take delight in this kind of weather. Double edged sword for me.
