I agree it can take time to get listed on some places. I submitted some blogs a month or two ago, just now getting accepted e-mails from some places.
Would'nt hurt to try asking the sites that dont list, or you think dont list you, might even build a relationship. And if your checking the e-mail you use for submits. Seems so many just go into a black hole, like most dont even get them. Not saying that is the case here.
