Yea...sure sounds like it may well be time to jump ship!
We rely on hosting far too much to deal with crap like you're dealing with right now. I finally hit my limit last month and moved to who I consider to be one of the best in the biz. What a DIFFERENCE! Not only is the server/bw blazing fast...the support is top notch...what a concept
Not sure about housing the box yourself though buddy. Think about how much work you already have keeping up with your sites. Do you really want to ADD to your own work load? Trust me...you CAN find a host that will meet your needs...they are out there
