Ok- I am dense.

I am in the process of signing up with epassporte and just don't get the 'loading' deal.

From a casual user's point of view it sorta seems like I'd be paying $45 to sign up for the service. If I select Load Amount $50 there is a Load fee of $5 and states Balance is $45.00

I read the FAQ and i would think the Loading Fee should have an entry but it isn't explained.

I mean- PayPal has no such thing when I attach a credit card to it.

You say it's free, but what is this Load Amount and balance, etc?

Is this the Amount epassporte will CHARGE my credit card and that would then be the amount I'd be able to USE with epassporte? Meaning, it's like making a deposit to an account to be used later?

So, if I wanted all your sets at $150 and put the load amount at $150 they deduct $10 so my balance is $140.

Next step up is $200 leaving $190 balance, but really I'd never use epassporte again except for you.

I guess I answered my own question about the Loading thing- but if that is the way it is that sucks. I don't want epassporte to take $200 from my credit card and I'd only use $150 of that balance leaving $50 sitting in there.

Know what I mean?
