Their FAQ sucks.
Is what I stated above correct- the LOAD is what THEY will TAKE from my credit card and store in their system until I want to use it?
I don't want any card...just to use it like PayPal so I can pay you- ya know.

I don't think epassporte would ever take off here in the US for many users.
People know PayPal here and when signing up with epassporte, they should have a VERY clear explanation of "Loading" and the balance, etc...because it looks like a big charge and many people will just leave.
Dunno- guess it's just my opinion.
I know folks outside the US have some probs accepting money.
What about an option of an International Money Order from Post Office?
