A few comments;
Your recip table could use some tidying up...it's a bit messy looking now. Not bad, and I don't know that anyone would decline because of it. It's another one of those 'don't give a reviewer reasons to decline' things that pile up.
You have the word 'Enter' on a sponsor link on your entry page...that's an instant decline with most reviewers. Only the link to your main page may contain the word Enter. Also, having the sponsor link stacked that closely on top of your site entry could be considered deceptive by some. It's borderline for me...if that were the only problem...I'd probably let it slide. But, with the other issues already noted...that would push the site to the decline column. See how things pile up during a review?
Your main page sure feels like an fpa (full page ad)...which most link sites don't accept. Due to the way you've laid out your ads...it takes a bunch of scrolling to find the gallery links. The pic of the blonde on the right isn't linked...it's just a pic sitting there doing nothing. If you were to move the gallery links above her picture...you'd have a better chance of getting listed.
Your galleries themselves look fine. Although, you do have one more outlink allowed on those pages. I'd suggest you use it...either to add a sponsor link...or a link to your own hub if you have one. I'd be inclined to add a sponsor link to that text block you have between the pics if it were my site
Definitely an improvement over your first pass...still a bit of tweaking to do though
