They test charge your card for no more than $2.00 and it is temporary only.
You don't have to call them if you don't want.. it is a security issue only and gone in 24 hours.
Re increments, I sent someone $32.50 today then $5.00 because I made a typo and was charged 25 cents. You are charged 25 cents for sending $5.00 as well as max $ 500.00.
Converting to paypal then back to epassporte is $25, been there, done that
