I do not do design myself anymore because I'm too busy with content, but I still get requests. I would like to have someone I can outsource these leads to that I can rely on.
I'm looking for a site designer, someone who can do flash, design around program scripts, and deal with customers. Some projects will be small, some will be entire site designs with all the extras.
What I want to do is give out these leads for a small commission.
