xycash.com - I also sent traffic and made a few sales, enough to reach the minumum payout, then contacted the guy last year sometime about payment.
We exchanged a few emails and I was promised that my money would be sent via epassporte.... no payment received.
I've probably still got a few links up somewhere that need to be swapped over.
