Two things here - 80 - 15 is 65
more importantly, 15 pics is not enough to get you listed at most LLs - check the rules pages - 20 pics is the usual minimum, some require more.

You can use the same template, best to keep them 1 month apart. Reviewers then won't see the same template over and over, nor will the surfers.

Maybe a little overkill there. I have a recip within the recip table to my LL index, and 50% of the time have a link to the relevant category from the mainpage (this counts as a 'sponsor' link, so bear that in mind).
