Jel's advice was spot on regarding template usage. Keeping em fresh is critical to getting listed consistently. Reviewers will get very tired of seeing the same template/color scheme quickly. And you run the risk of being blacklisted if you overdo it.
Something else to consider...try not to promote the same paysite over and over again...day after day. Rotate your templates/designs/promotions...it'll serve you much better.
Also, the teen niche is one of the tougher ones to make sales these days...as it's been very promoted for a long time. Try to think more 'nichey'...promote things that aren't quite so widely available to surfers. This can also make a difference in your sites being accepted as many link sites get pounded with submissions for a couple niches, so they might get pickier about what they'll accept for that niche. Personally, I get absolutely slammed with lesbian submissions
