I need some help well actually a lot of help. I have a pay site
www.picturepink.com it is about 3 months old. My conversion rate is about 1:500 which is not good. The strange thing is that 90% of my sales come for only 1 affiliate which account for only 10% per day of my traffic. I need some advice on how I can improve my sales ratio my improving my site. I am a photographer not a webmaster. I have not started any submitting to tgp's or mpg's or LL as for yet and am not sure if I should or even how to go about it. So any advice would be really helpful of maybe I should just stick to taking pictures.
