read the rules on the pages! Other then that i will say what things more will get your sites reject at those linksites which are not mentioned on the rules pages!
1: no capital on ever word of your title( i dont even check further i reject)
2: 4 links a page ( dont put up blabla.com with link blabla.com/amateur.html it is counted by me for 2 links)
3: 2257 with links to other porn domains, i dont care you use the 2257 link of your sponsor but if i find a link to the porn sites your rejected.
4: more then 16 linkbacks to other linksites
5: linkbacks to linksites with more then 2 different urls in them
6: write an real descripton about your page, not the same as the title and dont use caps in your description, i will reject without looking further.
now read the rules very good of the linksites i review and yes i do make exceptions for people i know and are good people
and yes i am also that rat who wont blacklist you and lett you submit for more then a year without telling you you never got listed so keep that in mind
oh one thing i forget i review in firefox, your links can show a totally different view in firefox the in ie, just a thing to think about
