I went through this with him last year too. Subbed, never heard anything, forgot about it, left his link up. Think I have a partner account too. Then all of a sudden out of the blue, all the sites came back accepted and the traffic was decent. So his backlog is etiher immense or he just gets around to it when he feels like it. Unless its super important don't trip OR try contactig him using one of the ADVERTISING links and maybe that will wake him up. I wouldn't worry about it if your just trying to see if your listed... it'll come around.
