First, let me say that I got a small smile from seeing 'free host owners' used as a compound word. Took me a moment to figure out what it was.
There are a couple of good uses of free hosting for the advanced webmaster, but never for hosting pages you wish to submit to link lists/TGPs or for pages you hope to do link trades with.
Along my path to being one of the least successful adult webmasters, I have done many things the wrong way. (I'm probably fucking up something at this very moment.) But even I have not used a free host for important pages. Hosting is so cheap today, it's unreasonable to argue over free hosting. Accept this truth and you'll get much further, faster.
