As you develop a relationship with many, they sometimes will allow you to submit more then one even when their rules prohibit it. Also many allow partner accounts to submit more then regular submitters.

One thing I cannot stress enough though. Be open with everybody that both domains are you, and choose one email to submit from.
Even if not intentionally planned by you as cheating, if you use multiple emails many will consider you a cheat. Be open, honest, and develop business relationships with the tgp's and link lists and you will be amazed what you can accomplish.
