I am going to be out of here in a few minutes. My moronic Grandmother is about to make the biggest mistake of her life and I actually have to save her from herself. Her house, that is even older than ours, has her apartment and a big apartment that paid rent to her.

So, somehow she got the family lawyer to take the house out of my father's name and put back in hers. It was put in my Mother's name for about 20 years to protect it from medicaid and other things. So, she gets the house in her name and things it will sell by May so tells her tenant (my sister in law) that she has to be out by May.

This house has no real foundation. It has a foundation that ends at the ground line and is falling apart. No bank will give anyone a mortgage for it. So, with my father in Arizona (another story), I have to demand that the lawyer put the house back in his name. I have to save her from herself. The deal has been done for 2 days now and I am told, we have 3 to change it back. Not only will the house never sell but, as soon as it gets to medicaid, they will take the house.

So, I am either going to send the newsletter very soon or later today or tomorrow morning. Probably tomorrow morning.
