Ok that stumped me for a bit, because the categories were showing up in the admin fine, because I added some of my sites that way. On the add form, they had the categories typed in, instead of letting the script generate them, so the new categories were not showing up. OOPS, here I add new categories and no one could submit to them. I feel like a dork.
All fixed now!
