Alessandro, of course the blonde page is probably new. I also believe GG doesn't give a shit about PR -- his LL lives and breathes on bookmarkers, not Google. But for you to say no LL owner thinks about PR bleed is like saying everybody cheats on their taxes (could be true, who knows?).
I'm not saying every LL owner thinks that way. I don't read minds
But I'm not so presumptious to say no LL owner thinks that way either. There are reasons why some people to think limiting hardlink trades per page to a certain number is good for their PR, and some people still think PR helps them rank.
