I'm not saying every LL owner thinks that way. I don't read minds  But I'm not so presumptious to say no LL owner thinks that way either. There are reasons why some people to think limiting hardlink trades per page to a certain number is good for their PR, and some people still think PR helps them rank. |
PR is of no consideration to me when linking. I know it is to some. Relevant trades are what I look for with an old school mentality.
