In my old days my friends and I did some work for HBO, shooting pilots for a live music show. 1 thing I can say about that company is CHEAP. They pay cheap and they are sneeky. My friends and I were young and got paid very little for what we were doing. After our work was turned in, we were told the show was only going to air 1 time and then that was it. I really did not care as I was happy to be shooting and hanging out with bands. The $100 and back stange passes were enough back then. I was smart enough to keep the rights of my stills, which have gotten me some good $ from ebay. Shit I shot Stone Temple before they were STONED lol. But my friend was pissed cause the show ran for like a year and we never really got any laywers involed. We should have, but back then things were just weird. In the record biz most stuff is run my kids, 20's to 25 and anywork I have did was always done with a hand shake, joint and beer (not in that order lol). But I will say if word is that show is out, it prob is.
