Even if that is the reason then it doens't mean that it is a 'bogus' nameserver. I can assure you it isn't.
If they don't like that kind of nameserver to me then that's OK for me; it's their site. And I find it even OK if they would put that domain in a private blacklist.
But I don't like them to put wrong information in a public place. I think this is irresponsable and even not legal.
Putting an entry "bogus ..." in a public blacklist implies that I could be a cheater which I know I ain't.
It also implies that another linklist, that uses this blacklist, will probably not look at my site, even if he doesn't care about that nameserver thing.
I made an appeal on the blacklist yesterday. I wonder ...
