If you ask the people around these forums, many of them will exchange links based on the backlinks you have to your sites and the trust/reputation you detain online. I didn't blame you for anything, PR, backlinks whatever, I just said I have some sites with a higher # of backlinks than yours and that would be probably fair for your to get some links from. As you probably now, PR isn't representing much these days, it could be results of 1-2 totally unrelated high PR backlinks, but not really benefiting you. I'm sorry if I was understood wrong or said something rude regarding your sites, but it's all up to you how you get it.
