Biometrics is accurate to a point, but that is taking into account a general data sampling of the population. It is exact insofar as it can recognize an individual, but for purposes of age recognition it is a flawed model.

There are teams of brilliant scientists all over the world now working on slowing and eventually curing completely the aging process, http://www.methuselahmouse.org/ unfortunately, there are as of right now, no proven aging biomarkers that are universally accepted to assess the age of an individual.

There is a general consensus that a deterioration of biological systems occurs over time, but the exact amount of that deterioration is not agreed upon.
