Well then you don't understand what I want.. it has
nothing whatsoever to do with spam, and I don't appreciate the accusation. What I want is a program that will take the contents of a webpage, figure out each unique word or phrase on a given page and how many times it occurs within the page, and build meta tags from those words with higher relevance and priority given to the words that occur most often. Not only that but I would imagine there is a 'sweet spot' as far as how often a keyword can occur on a page before it is considered spammy by the search engines and it could be VERY beneficial to find that sweet spot. It's simply an intuitive approach to targetting keywords based on actual data rather then blindly hoping what I do seo wise will please the search engine gods.
edit: Looking over my first post I can see how you might have thought I was looking to spam the se's .. i should have said "...that can generate keyword
meta tags according to popularity.."
