You will have to check each LL's individual rules for that.
Some allow you to submit several sites, if they are in different niches.
Others only allow one submission per day per webmaster.
Even others will take everything without restrictions.
It's a jungle, and it changes each week.
The best way in my pov is to choose how you want to work, then tweak your submission list to that. But that's just me. =)
