anyone know how
does anyone know how to get language support for ICQ? I am trying to chat with some people who speak russian but when i put in the text (copy and pasted from a translation site... yes i know they suck) ICQ just draws a bunch of bars. It says it can do multi-lingual support, but right now my XP box does support it
