I realise that must suck for you but that did make me laugh!
My bank Lloyds know what I do, they had no problem at all (I told them when opening a business account - thought it better to be upfront and see what the response would be before I got too far down the line).
As it turned out, Lloyds business accounts suck ass, majorly
I closed that and now run my business out of my personal account, as there is no upside (and a few downsides unbelievably) to switching to their business account.
