my first time using this board. the answer is obvious. ccbill requires registering with VISA USA ($750 registration fee) which means registering as a US company with as US bank account. or the alternative would be to go with CCBILL EU which measn higher processing rates but no registration fee's. Either way, u get screwed. Hit me up..I may have a good alternative for u.
